We’re looking for a Videographer and Editor to join us on a full-time, on-site basis at The Quad.

If you’re passionate about creating high-impact video content and want to be part of a team shaping some of Malta’s most successful digital brands, this is for you.

Our platforms have seen explosive growth, reaching 300,000+ real social media followers and generating 500+ million annual views across our portals and social channels.

What you’ll be doing

Shooting and editing high-quality social media reels and video content across our media platforms
Creating engaging short-form and longer-form videos
Working closely with editorial, creative, marketing, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life
Covering interviews, events, branded content, and in-house productions
Contributing to creative concepts and storytelling
Managing projects from shoot to final delivery

What we’re looking for

Experience in videography and video editing
Strong editing skills (DaVinci Resolve or similar)
A good eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
Ability to take full ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish
Receptive to feedback
Detail-oriented

Motion graphics (After Effects)
Photography
Experience working with online media platforms
