St Anthony Woodworks Ltd in Malta is curently looking to recruit a CAD/CAM Programmer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview

As a CAD/CAM programer, you'll be at the heart of this organisation production process, translating design concepts into reality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Using a CAD/CAM program, create and process drawings according to specifications (Program : Cabinet Vision)
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive supporting documentation from 2D drawings and 3D models
CNC Programming: Create Programs on CNC if needed from time to time
Post Processor Resolution: Address any post-processing issues to ensure flawless execution
Shop Floor Collaboration: Work closely with our shop floor team to prove and optimise programs
Manufacturing Methods: Plan efficient manufacturing methods
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap
Technical Assistance: Provide shop floor support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
Technical Acumen: Understanding of manufacturing methods and operating procedures
Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for efficiency and waste reduction.
