Role Overview

As part of our spa and wellness teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty, grooming, wellness, and guest services. These roles offer the opportunity to work in a professional and guest-focused environment within one of Malta’s leading hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities

Laser Hair Removal Specialist – Part-Time

Provide professional laser hair removal treatments.
Conduct consultations and offer personalised recommendations regarding treatment plans, aftercare, and expected results.
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in line with hygiene standards.

Hairdresser

Provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, and upstyles.
Conduct consultations and offer personalised recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitisation of tools and work areas.
Keep up to date with current hair trends and techniques.

Spa Therapist

Perform a range of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and pedicures.
Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

Spa Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Supervise, support, and coordinate the spa team.
Manage bookings, staff schedules, and treatment-room availability.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Support the promotion of spa treatments, packages, and retail products.

Spa Receptionist

Welcome guests warmly and provide information about spa treatments, packages, and facilities.
Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and guest enquiries.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest and booking records.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure the smooth running of daily appointments.
Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.

General Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and guest care.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.
Promote spa services, packages, and products.
Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel teams.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications and previous experience in the respective field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer-service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
