Justin Brincat Studios is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of one of Malta’s leading beauty studios.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a creative yet structured environment, takes pride in organisation and presentation, and can manage both client interaction and administrative responsibilities with professionalism.

Justin works with a limited number of clients per day to maintain a highly personalised and refined service. For this reason, attention to detail, punctuality and smooth coordination of the studio experience are essential.

This is a part-time, on-site position within a calm and refined environment.

Key Responsibilities

Studio and Client Coordination

Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.

Responding to client enquiries via social media platforms.
Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional studio experience.
Preparing daily client files and assisting with studio setup.
Maintaining studio organisation, cleanliness and atmosphere.
Monitoring and restocking essential studio supplies.
Administrative Support

Managing day-to-day accounting entries, such as issuing receipts, invoices and related transactions.

Maintaining client records and supplier documentation.
Coordinating Justin’s calendar (studio work, meetings, events and travel).
Following up on deliveries, suppliers and pending tasks.
Social Media Support

Assisting with basic / management on the Meta Business social platform.
