We are a leading company in waste management sales and services, seeking motivated and reliable Waste Recycling Attendants to join our team.

This is a full-time position based both on-site and at customer locations, working Monday to Friday on day shifts. Working hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload recyclable materials and waste.

Operate baling, granulating, and shredding machines.

Drive a forklift (for licensed and trained operators).

Sort waste and perform general labour duties as required.

Complete reports and documentation accurately.

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Attend and successfully complete all required training.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Adaptable and able to manage changing daily tasks.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a hands-on environment.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Forklift licence is considered an asset, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
