Team Leader - Outlet

Overview:

As a Team Leader – Outlet, you will supervise and support retail staff while ensuring smooth outlet operations, achievement of sales targets, proper stock management, and exceptional customer service. The role contributes to the success of the Klikk retail function by leading retail teams, coordinating with other groups, and maintaining operational and service excellence.

• Minimum 2–3 years in retail, sales, or customer service roles.

• Proficient in POS, technical and customer care systems.

• Ability to prepare reports and manage stock systems effectively.

• Strong knowledge of sales processes and performance monitoring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Organizational and multitasking skills.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity.

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and coordinate staff assigned within retail outlets;

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new recruits;

• Assist in outlet cash reconciliation when required and ensuring adherence to company procedures and accuracy of transactions. Manage stock levels and ensure accurate tracking of all items from delivery to sale, liaising with internal teams to maintain availability;

• Oversee customer account entries, POS transactions, cash tills, and reconciliation, including stock-related records;

• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints, maintaining service levels;

• Drive sales of Klikk and GO’s products and services, working to achieve and exceed own and outlet sales targets;

• Support, assist and liaise with other teams and groups as needed;

• Ensure outlets maintain operational readiness, compliance with company procedures, and exceptional customer experience;

• Ensure supervisory presence during operating hours, and display flexibility with shift work;

• Handle and resolve customer escalations;

• May be assigned reasonable different duties in accordance with Group exigencies from time to time.
