The title is straightforward. The job isn't.

We're a small property team in Balzan, and we're looking for someone to run the engine room of the office. You'll be the person who keeps our sales files in order, our listings sharp, our marketing going out on time, and our agents organised.

It's a wide job. If you like variety, deadlines, and being the one who actually knows where everything is, you'll enjoy it here.

Responsabilities

Sales files and contracts - Manage each sale from agreement through to final contract — the paperwork, the deadlines and the invoicing that comes with it
Listings - Review every new property before it goes live, so nothing is published until it's right
Marketing and social media - Create and schedule content and property adverts, prepare brochures, run paid campaigns, and get incoming enquiries to the right agent
Office - Calls, email, diaries, filing, supplies and day-to-day bookkeeping support. You're the first point of contact for the office

What we're looking for

Fluent, well-spoken English and Maltese — you'll be on the phone with clients, notaries and banks daily
Confident on a PC: Outlook, Word, Excel, and quick to pick up new systems
Comfortable with social media, and able to tell the difference between a property post that works and one that doesn't
Someone who already uses AI tools in their working day, or is genuinely keen to. We use them constantly and we want someone who will push that further rather than avoid it
Organised to the point of being slightly annoyed by disorder
Discreet — a lot of what crosses your desk is confidential

Office experience helps, but we'd rather have the right person. Property experience isn't needed. We'll teach you that part.

What we offer

€1,700 – €2,000 gross per month, depending on experience
Full training on the property side
A small team where your work is visible and matters
An office in Balzan, easy to reach from most of the island

How to apply

Submit your CV via the Apply button.

In your email, include a short paragraph on one task you'd hand to an AI tool to make an office day faster, and how you'd do it. We read these.
