Our client, a growing financial services organisation, is currently seeking a Finance & Business Operations Manager to ensure robust financial management, corporate administration, and regulatory compliance.

What is expected of you?

Oversee daily accounting and financial management activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Manage corporate administration tasks, including company secretarial duties and record keeping.
Provide comprehensive support for portfolio operations and client administration, maintaining high service standards.
Facilitate client onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks, including Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Prepare and submit financial reports and statements accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements across finance and business operations functions.

What are you expected to bring?

Proven experience in accounting and financial management within a professional setting.
Solid understanding of corporate administration and regulatory compliance principles.
Demonstrable experience with AML and KYC processes and requirements.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience within the Malta financial services sector.
Familiarity with specific financial reporting standards such as IFRS.
