About The Role

The Application Developer Support Specialist (CMSG) supports the stability, readiness, and continuous improvement of player-facing and internal applications across CMSG. The role ensures operational alignment with business objectives and supports payment and gaming operations by managing technical requests, app testing, system monitoring, and back-office technical configurations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The specialist assists with app-related issue resolution, manages user access and system configurations, and provides operational support for app-related concerns across departments while maintaining clear documentation and process alignment.

Responsibilities

App Development Support and Management:

Support operational stability and issue resolution for player-facing and internal applications.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and app updates, ensuring readiness before deployment.
Liaise with Product and IT teams to escalate and track app issues, enhancements, and recurring technical concerns.
Provide clear documentation for reported issues, maintaining status logs for operational transparency.

Technical Support For Operations

Respond to ad hoc technical requests requiring system adjustments to support live operations.
Provide prompt technical assistance to operations teams related to application workflows, system behavior, and process alignment.
Monitor app performance and stability, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent disruptions.

Back-Office Technical Managemet

Administer user access provisioning and manage role-based access within back-office platforms.
Configure operational workflows within systems in alignment with process updates and operational needs.
Maintain system stability by monitoring real-time system health and addressing technical escalations promptly.

Payment Partner Technical Coordination

Coordinate with payment partners and internal stakeholders to address app-related issues linked with payment workflows.
Support testing and onboarding of payment methods, ensuring operational and technical requirements are met before live deployment.

Process Improvement And Reporting

Identify opportunities to enhance automation and reduce manual interventions within app-related workflows.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines to support consistency.
Generate operational and technical reports to update management on app-related issues, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in app support, technical operations, or operational support roles within online gaming, fintech, or high-volume transactional environments.
Familiarity with app testing (UAT), backend operations, and payment system workflows is preferred.

Skills And Competencies

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage technical escalations calmly and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with IT, Product, and Operations teams.
Good organizational skills to handle multiple technical requests while maintaining operational stability.
Understanding of system monitoring tools and basic familiarity with app backend configurations.
