MedTrips is seeking a Front-End / UI-UX Designer to create user-friendly digital experiences for our AI-powered medical travel platform. The role combines UI/UX design, front-end development, branding, and collaboration with our technical team.

AI-powered medical travel marketplace that helps patients compare verified clinics, explore transparent pricing, and book medical services in one place. We are currently in the pre-launch stage, focusing on connecting European patients with clinics in Turkey, Armenia, and across the EU.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Front-End / UI-UX Designer to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with practical front-end development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve the user experience across our platform, including patient search, clinic profiles, bookings, payments, and communication features.
Create intuitive dashboards and interfaces for clinics to manage their profiles, pricing, and bookings.
Transform UI/UX designs into functional, responsive front-end interfaces.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including branding, typography, colours, and reusable components.
Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and external development team.
Conduct user testing and implement improvements based on feedback.
Design landing pages, marketing materials, and digital campaign assets in collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across desktop and mobile devices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
Practical front-end development skills.
Experience designing and delivering web-based products.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centred design principles.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience in marketplaces, booking platforms, travel, healthcare technology, or fintech will be considered an advantage.
