Making up and cleaning rooms when needed
Supervising the laundry room
Supervising the public areas
Checking of rooms for upkeep of hotel standards
Issuing daily reports

Front Office:

General administration duties
Work on the Opera system
Check in procedures

Handling telephone calls

Concierge:

Greeting and welcoming guests on arrival
Assisting to guest needs
Taking up luggage to the guests' room
