ONE MAISON is looking for a motivated, professional and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Malta.

As a Sales Consultant, you will assist clients in selecting furniture and interior solutions that suit their style, requirements and budget. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospective clients and help deliver a premium customer experience from the initial consultation through to the final sale.

People and communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be confident, approachable and comfortable engaging with different types of clients while building strong and lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and advise clients on furniture and interior solutions
Understand clients’ needs, style and budget
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve individual and company sales targets
Maintain a professional and premium customer experience

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable and results-driven
Strong attention to detail
Interest in furniture, interiors and design
Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset
