General Helper

The General Helper provides essential day-to-day operational, manual, and logistical support across facilities, job sites, warehouses, or commercial venues.

Manual & Operational Support: Assist skilled technicians, trade workers, or team leaders with basic assembly, installation, site setup, or production tasks. Loading & Unloading: Unload shipments, move materials, transport tools or equipment, and stack inventory using manual pallet jacks or hand trucks. Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep: Keep work areas, site corridors, storage rooms, and common zones clean, organized, and free of hazards or debris. Waste & Scrap Management: Clear trash, recyclable materials, and operational debris regularly to maintain a clean and compliant environment. Equipment & Tool Care: Transport, clean, and organize hand tools, machinery, and equipment before and after shifts. Safety & Hazard Awareness: Display warning signs (e.g., wet floor or construction signs), follow health and safety guidelines, and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). General errands: Perform basic errands, run supplies between departments, and fulfill task requests from supervisors as needed.
