The Fast Food Crew Member is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards of food quality, accuracy, and hygiene

Order Taking & Customer Service: Greet guests warmly at the counter or drive-thru, take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, process cash/card payments, and make upsell recommendations. Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items (burgers, fries, wraps, sides, beverages, and desserts) strictly adhering to brand recipes, portion controls, and speed-of-service targets. Assembly & Packaging: Package food and drink orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery drivers; double-check order contents against receipts to minimize errors. Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene, and temperature management; rotate ingredients following FIFO principles and monitor holding times for prepared food. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep counter areas, kitchen stations, dining rooms, restrooms, and drive-thru lanes clean, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout the shift; sweep, mop, clear trays, and empty trash regularly. Teamwork & Pacing: Collaborate closely with kitchen cooks, packers, and supervisors to maintain steady workflow, handle peak rushes smoothly, and assist in opening/closing station prep.
