Exacta Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI-powered education technology platform used by students, researchers and professionals for academic writing, research, source analysis and content improvement.

We are looking for a highly hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who has directly contributed to increasing paying users, subscriptions and revenue for a B2C digital product.

This is not primarily a brand-awareness role. The successful candidate should be comfortable owning acquisition channels, testing conversion funnels and being measured against commercial growth metrics such as paid conversions, CAC, ROAS, subscription revenue, retention and LTV.

What you will own

Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on increasing paid subscriptions and revenue.
Manage and optimise paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other performance platforms.
Build and improve SEO strategies that generate qualified organic traffic and convert users into registrations and paid customers.
Develop and test influencer and creator acquisition campaigns, with performance measured against sign-ups, paying users, CAC and revenue rather than reach alone.
Own the customer journey from first visit through registration, activation, subscription, retention and re-engagement.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and continuously test landing pages, messaging, offers, pricing propositions and onboarding flows.
Work closely with Product, Content and Design teams to improve conversion and support new product launches.
Develop lifecycle marketing, CRM, email and reactivation campaigns aimed at increasing activation, retention and customer lifetime value.
Analyse acquisition and product data and translate findings into practical growth experiments.
Track and improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, activation, retention, churn and revenue contribution by channel.
Research customer behaviour, competitors and emerging opportunities within AI-powered education and productivity tools.

What we are looking for

Proven growth or performance marketing experience within EdTech, AI, B2C SaaS, subscription products, consumer apps or digital productivity platforms.
Demonstrable experience growing paying users, subscriptions or attributable revenue — not only traffic, reach, engagement or brand awareness.
Strong hands-on experience with PPC / paid acquisition, particularly Google Ads and major paid social platforms.
Good understanding of SEO and organic growth, including keyword strategy, content performance and conversion from organic traffic.
Experience running influencer or creator campaigns where performance was measured against customer acquisition, paid conversion or revenue.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and funnel optimisation.
Experience improving the full funnel from traffic → registration → activation → paid subscription → retention.
Ability to provide concrete examples of campaigns where you personally influenced metrics such as CAC, ROAS, paid conversion rate, subscription growth or revenue.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing and product analytics.
Experience designing and running structured growth experiments.
Commercial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
Professional proficiency in English.
