Finance Manager – iGaming / Digital Marketing

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a fast-growing international business operating within the digital marketing and iGaming sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to play a key role in a dynamic, technology-driven organisation.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient management of the finance function. You will also lead a small finance team while working closely with external partners and banking institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and corporate service providers.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Manage collections and debtor processes.
Build and maintain strong banking relationships.
Review and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting efficiencies.

About You

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Previous experience within digital marketing, media, or the iGaming industry would be highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, together with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
