Position Overview

The Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role will support monthly and annual closing processes, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-entity iGaming business.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records for assigned entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement schedules.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes in line with IFRS.
Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with finance team members on supplier invoices, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or multi-entity international environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements in EU jurisdictions.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
