Storekeeper & Delivery Person

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our team as a Storekeeper and Delivery Person.

This is a particularly exciting time to join our company as we prepare to move into brand-new premises. The new facilities will provide excellent access to our stock, an improved working environment and modern equipment designed to make daily tasks safer, easier and more efficient.The role combines storekeeping responsibilities with deliveries, ensuring that stock is received, organised, recorded and ready when needed, while also providing a dependable and professional delivery service to our customers.

What we offer

An annual salary of Eur17,000 to Eur27,000, depending on experience, qualifications and knowledge of stock-control systems
A 40-hour working week arranged on a roster
A maximum of four working days per week

Main responsibilities
Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
Recording stock accurately using the company’s stock-control system
Preparing and checking customer orders
Keeping the stores clean, safe and well organised
Loading and unloading goods
Delivering orders safely and on time
Checking delivery documents and obtaining the required signatures
Helping colleagues with other store and operational duties when required

The person we are looking for

The right candidate will be reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for their work. They should enjoy being part of a team while also being able to work independently when making deliveries or carrying out store duties.

Applicants should have:

A valid Category B driving licence
A responsible and safety-conscious approach to driving
Good organisational and time-management skills
The ability to handle stock carefully and accurately
Basic computer skills
A helpful and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
Available for immediate employment

Previous experience in storekeeping, deliveries or stock control will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of stock-control systems and relevant qualifications may result in a higher starting salary.
