Centric is looking for an ERP Project Manager to guide client projects from initial discovery through implementation, testing, training and go-live.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, then coordinate with our consultants and developers to deliver practical solutions. This is a role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and brings energy and a collaborative approach to their work.

What you’ll do

Lead client meetings and gather business requirements.
Turn requirements into clear tasks, project plans and priorities.
Coordinate clients, consultants and developers throughout each project.
Track progress, manage deadlines and identify issues early.
Test completed work, coordinate user training and prepare clients for go-live.
Keep clients informed and maintain clear project documentation.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in project management, business analysis or a similar client-facing role.
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Confidence leading meetings and managing multiple projects.
The ability to work well with both clients and technical teams.
Fluency in both Maltese and English.
A valid driving licence.

Experience with Odoo, another ERP system or software implementation is an advantage, but Odoo experience is not required. We’ll provide full training on Odoo and our implementation processes.
