We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Servers to join our team. You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu items and daily specials to effectively answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout the service.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, seeking assistance from the restaurant manager when necessary.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the restaurant before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and follow health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
