Responsible for HR business partnering, recruitment, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization, supporting business growth and effective people management across international operations.

To provide strategic and operational HR partnership to business leaders, ensure effective people management and organizational development, lead recruitment and retention activities, and continuously improve HR processes in line with business objectives.

Essential Duties

(1) Participate in the development, approval, and implementation of the Company's HR policies, procedures, and standards.

(2) Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to department heads and management on workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.

(3) Analyze existing HR processes and identify priority areas for improvement and optimization.

(4) Develop and implement initiatives to improve HR processes, employee experience, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

(5) Support optimization of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and workforce planning.

(6) Control the development and regular updating of regulations for structural divisions and job descriptions.

(7) Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for the Company's international operations, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

(8) Independently manage recruitment processes across global markets without a dedicated recruitment team, acting as the primary recruitment partner for the business.

(9) Develop and implement effective onboarding, adaptation, retention, and employee development processes.

(10) Monitor key HR metrics, including headcount, staffing levels, turnover, employee engagement, recruitment effectiveness, and retention.

(11) Develop and implement initiatives to reduce employee turnover, improve engagement, and strengthen employee motivation.

(12) Support the development and promotion of the Company's corporate culture, values, and behavioral standards.

(13) Organize employee engagement, development, team-building, and internal HR initiatives.

(14) Develop and implement internal communication programs and employee communication initiatives.

(15) Develop the HR budget and monitor budget execution within the area of responsibility.

(16) Optimize HR-related costs while maintaining the required quality and effectiveness of HR processes.

(17) Develop HR function work plans and monitor their implementation.

(18) Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of HR processes and support their implementation.

(19) Work closely with other departments on personnel management, organizational, and employee-related matters.

(20) Prepare HR reports, analyses, and management information and provide recommendations based on HR data.

(21) Ensure HR processes are implemented in accordance with applicable legislation, Company policies, and internal standards.

(22) Perform other duties related to HR management and organizational development as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education Qualifications

(1) University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

(2) Additional professional qualifications in HR, people management, organizational development, or employment law are an advantage.

Experience Required

(1) Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in FMCG companies.

(2) Proven experience in HR Business Partnering with responsibility for both strategic and operational HR matters.

(3) Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across international/global markets, independently managing recruitment processes without a dedicated recruitment team.

(4) Proven experience in managing recruitment as a sole HR/recruitment responsible person, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.

(5) Professional experience in the alcoholic beverages industry, preferably within spirits or premium spirits, is required.

(6) Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition for companies operating in the alcoholic beverages industry is an advantage.

(7) Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.

(8) Experience in developing and improving HR processes, policies, procedures, and organizational structures.

(9) Experience in HR budgeting, HR metrics, reporting, and cost optimization.

(10) Experience supporting international teams and working in a multicultural business environment.

Language Requirements

(1) Fluent English is required for communication and work in an international environment.

(2) Understanding of the Montenegrin language is required for communication and interaction with the Company's Montenegro office and production facility.
