Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Supplier Management

Implement and execute purchasing strategies to secure quality products and services.

Research, identify, and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and payment terms to optimise cost savings.
Evaluate supplier performance, compliance, and quality standards in line with hotel requirements.
Operational Efficiency and Cost Control

Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Work closely with all hotel departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely sourcing of materials.
Coordinate and oversee timely deliveries to avoid disruptions in operations.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and inventory tracking for audit and budgeting purposes.
Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and legal requirements.

Manage supplier contracts and documentation in alignment with hotel and financial policies.
Conduct periodic reviews of supplier agreements and procurement procedures to ensure efficiency.
