ChampGroup is looking for a BI Developer to join our growing team in Malta.

We’re looking for someone who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and building dashboards that people actually want to use.

You’ll work across our iGaming brands and teams, helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions through effective reporting, analytics and visualisation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Working with stakeholders to turn business needs into meaningful analytics
Designing scalable and reliable data models
Improving dashboard performance, usability and reporting processes
Supporting KPI tracking and ad hoc analysis
Helping maintain data accuracy and consistency across BI reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar role
Strong Power BI skills
Strong SQL and relational database experience
Good understanding of data modelling, ETL and reporting best practices
A sharp eye for presenting data clearly and effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
iGaming, gaming or online entertainment experience is a big plus
