We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hotel Cleaner to join the housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.

Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces.

Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.

Replenish toiletries, towels, tissues, and other guest supplies.

Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with hotel procedures.

Ensure rooms and common areas are maintained to the required cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual observations to the supervisor.

Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.

Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures at all times.

Assist with cleaning public areas such as lobbies, lifts, staircases, restaurants, and other facilities when required.

Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.

Work efficiently according to the hotel's daily cleaning schedule and assigned workload.

Respect guest privacy and hotel confidentiality policies.

Cooperate with housekeeping supervisors and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform any other reasonable housekeeping duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the hotel's operational requirements.
