We are looking for a reliable and organised Chinese Interpreter / Installation Support Coordinator to assist our Chinese installation team and Maltese Supervisor.

The successful candidate will provide translation, administrative, and operational support to ensure effective communication and the smooth delivery of installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Translate and interpret between Chinese and English during installation work.
Support the Maltese Supervisor by facilitating communication with the Chinese installation team.
Assist Chinese technicians with work-related documentation, forms, and administrative tasks.
Interpret technical instructions to ensure installation work is understood and completed correctly.
Coordinate communication between team members and resolve language barriers.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the installation team.
Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office duties as required.

Requirements

Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in interpretation, administration, or a technical environment is considered an asset.
