HEY MUMS! SCHOOL DROP-OFF DONE. NOW WHAT ABOUT YOU?

The kids are at school. You've got a few hours before pickup.

What if those hours could become something exciting, social and potentially rewarding?

Simon Mamo Real Estate is looking for friendly, motivated mums to join our San Ġwann team as Part-Time Rental Realtors.

And here's the fun part.

You don't need to spend your whole day sitting behind a desk!

Picture your morning...

☕ Drop the kids at school and pop into our fantastic San Ġwann office for a coffee and a chat with your colleague pals.

🏡 Head out to a property viewing or meet an owner who has a home to rent.

🔑 Help someone find their next home and maybe even close a deal!

🏠 Head home in time for lunch, school pickup and the homework routine.

📱 Later, when things settle down, plan a few social media posts, reply to clients and organise tomorrow's viewings.

Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Flexible hours that can work around school schedules
The opportunity to earn commission while building your own business
A fantastic, spacious office in San Ġwann
A friendly team and colleagues to share ideas and laughs with
Full training, even if you've never worked in real estate
Social media and marketing training
Access to a large database of rental properties
Ongoing guidance, mentoring and support
The opportunity to meet people and build your confidence

AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

A friendly personality and a love for meeting people
Good English communication skills
Your own transport for property viewings
Basic computer and social media skills
Motivation, reliability and a willingness to learn

No real estate experience? Absolutely fine!

We'll teach you what you need to know.

BECAUSE BEING A MUM DOESN'T MEAN PUTTING YOUR OWN AMBITIONS ON HOLD.

You can enjoy the school runs, be there for the homework and still build something that's yours.

A career, new friendships, new skills and the opportunity to earn along the way.

Of course, property viewings sometimes depend on client availability, but with good planning, real estate can offer flexibility around family life.

SO, MUMS OF SAN ĠWANN AND SURROUNDING AREAS...

Fancy swapping a few quiet mornings for property viewings, coffee with colleagues and a new opportunity?

We'd love to meet you!

Apply today and let's have a chat.
