EXPERIENCED RENTAL REALTOR | GOZO

COULD YOU SELL ICE TO AN ESKIMO? WE WANT TO MEET YOU!

Are you the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone?

Do you have energy, enthusiasm and a personality that people remember?

Can you turn a simple conversation into an opportunity and an opportunity into a closed deal?

Then keep reading!

Simon Mamo Real Estate is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Rental Realtor to join our Gozo branch full-time.

We want someone who already knows the real estate business, loves working with people and thrives on the excitement of closing deals.

YOUR OFFICE? ALL OF GOZO!

One morning you're meeting the owner of a beautiful farmhouse.

Next, you're showing clients around their potential new home.

By the afternoon, you're negotiating a rental agreement, handing over keys or catching up with colleagues at the office.

No two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it!

WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU?

An established real estate brand behind you
A friendly and supportive Gozo team
Access to a large property database
Attractive commission structure with excellent earning potential
Marketing support and social media tools
Technology and systems to help you work smarter
Ongoing support from experienced leadership
The opportunity to grow your client network and reputation

HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

Previous real estate experience is required, preferably in rentals
You're confident, enthusiastic and a natural people person
You know how to negotiate, follow up and close deals
You enjoy meeting property owners and clients
You're proactive, organised and motivated by results
You communicate confidently in English
Additional languages are an advantage
You're comfortable with computers and social media
You have your own transport for viewings

WE KNOW YOU CAN TALK. CAN YOU CLOSE?

We're not looking for someone who sits behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

We want someone who gets out there, builds relationships, finds opportunities and turns them into successful rentals.

Someone who knows that enthusiasm opens doors, but experience and follow-through close deals.

GOZO HAS THE PROPERTIES. BRING YOUR PERSONALITY AND EXPERIENCE!

You've already learned the business.

Now bring your energy, your people skills and your determination to a team that's ready to grow.

Apply today and let's talk about your next move!
