Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination and administration of learning and development activities.
Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development events.
Assist in preparing communication materials and learning resources such as training announcements, presentations, and catalogues.
Maintain training records and follow up on attendance, evaluations, and development plans.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers as needed.
Support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
Help improve learning processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

What We Are Looking For

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Some practical work experience, preferably in an administrative or HR-related role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Interest in digital tools and HR systems.
