As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.

You will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

Coordinate with cross team members, providers and suppliers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Work alongside other PMs, product owner, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestone
Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assisted
Support the definition of project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.
Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information
Assist with internal and external communication
Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised
Evaluation and filtering of project requests by the internal stakeholders of the team

What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in project management
Previous experience managing projects of medium scale
Technical background with a good understanding of different platforms and technologies is a plus
Experience liaising with Commercial, Operations and Marketing to either solve problems or deliver projects
iGaming experience would be a great asset
Mandatory Fluency in Italian
