We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, overseeing Food & Beverage operations primarily across The Pergola Hotel & Spa and The Solana Hotel & Spa.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of our Food & Beverage operations. The successful candidate will ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction while driving operational efficiency, team performance and profitability.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced F&B professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets across the assigned properties.
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
Work closely with the Executive Head Chef on menu planning and development.
Monitor revenue, costs and expenses while implementing effective cost-control measures.
Prepare and manage budgets for Food & Beverage outlets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and maximise profitability.
Recruit, train, supervise and develop Food & Beverage team members.
Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Ensure customer service standards and best practices are consistently followed across the team.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, professionally and effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and operational standards.
Coordinate and oversee events and functions from planning through to execution.
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
Identify opportunities to improve service quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
Keep up to date with hospitality and Food & Beverage industry trends and best practices.
Foster a positive, professional and collaborative working environment.
Carry out any other duties falling within the remit of the Food & Beverage department as required by the business.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager or similar senior F&B management position within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management skills.
Possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Be commercially minded, with a good understanding of budgets, cost control and profitability.
Be confident in making operational decisions and taking ownership of results.
Have a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
