Role Purpose

As a CRM Sportsbook Executive, you will own and maintain the CRM platform infrastructure (Optimove & Mautic) and act as the CRM owner for Sportsbook, leading the delivery of Sportsbook campaigns, automations, and lifecycle communications, while supporting Casino and Live Casino CRM activity.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Journey Management

Maintain and configure CRM infrastructure across Optimove and Mautic.
Map, build, and test customer communication journeys across the player lifecycle.
Own all Sportsbook-related automation work, including building, maintaining, and optimising flows and streams.
Set up and maintain bonus templates and CRM mechanics in the back-office.
Ensure communication journeys are configured correctly and performing as expected.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Manage daily CRM activity across Sports, Casino, and Live Casino.
Plan and execute recurring Sportsbook campaigns and pre-planned one-off campaigns.
Handle planned Sportsbook CMS work (e.g. promo pages and on-site content), excluding ad hoc requests.
Maintain the campaign calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
Compile content and creative briefs for campaign execution.
Organise segmentation lists ahead of campaign execution.

Quality & Compliance

QA and error-check communication setups and promotions before go-live.
Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure all CRM communications remain compliant.

Performance & Reporting

Monitor key UX flows, flag issues, and follow up until resolved.
Analyse and report on campaign performance against established benchmarks.

Stakeholder Management

Attend (bi-)weekly Sportsbook meetings and represent CRM in campaign and planning discussions.
Assist the Sportsbook team in monitoring the Sportsbook Escalations group chat, picking up and following through on CRM-related issues.
Brief Customer Support on new campaigns and resolve issues they flag.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with iGaming CRM platforms, Optimove experience preferred.
Dutch speaking, with fluent English communication skills.
Analytical, strategic, and commercially minded.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong affinity with Dutch sports is a plus.
Proactive, with a habit of asking the right questions.
