With a good foundation in IT support, you’ll be ready to take on a broader technical role where no two days look quite the same. You’ll gain greater involvement in managing Microsoft environments, strengthening security and supporting infrastructure improvements, allowing you to expand your capabilities and take the next step in your IT career.

You’ll work alongside an experienced technical team where collaboration, knowledge-sharing and practical problem-solving are part of the day-to-day environment, allowing you to learn from colleagues, contribute your own ideas and build confidence while taking on increasingly complex tasks.

The technical scope includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, endpoint management and infrastructure operations. You’ll also get involved in deployments, security improvements and ongoing projects, giving you valuable hands-on exposure and the opportunity to make a visible contribution to the wider IT environment.

You Will:

• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and endpoint environments, helping maintain reliable and secure day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, carry out deployments, patching and endpoint security activities, and identify opportunities to improve systems.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, service improvements and technical documentation, working with colleagues to deliver effective solutions.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations or a similar technical role, with practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, endpoint management, patching, security tools or infrastructure technologies, with a genuine interest in developing further.
• A proactive approach to troubleshooting, good analytical and communication skills, and the confidence to take ownership, work collaboratively and learn new technologies.

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 – €38,000 (Depending on experience)
