Build a New Division – Get in early, win new clients, and help establish Archer's presence in the Swiss market.
Master High-Value B2B Sales – Get specialised training and learn how to win and grow major client accounts in the Swiss market.
Turn Performance Into Progression – Top performers can progress quickly, increase their earning potential, and take on greater responsibility as the division grows.

We're Archer, the #1 recruitment consultancy in Malta, and we're building a new division focused on mainland Europe, starting with Switzerland.

We're looking for ambitious salespeople to help us win business across the Swiss market, targeting major companies in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

What makes this opportunity different?

A market to conquer: Build relationships with major companies, win new accounts, and grow your own client portfolio.
A career that moves with your results: Promotions are performance-based, with opportunities to progress in months rather than years.
Earnings without a ceiling: Average earnings of €36K+ in Year 1 and €65K+ in Year 2, with €100K+ potential long term.
A chance to build, not just sell: Join a new division from the start and play a direct role in its growth.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
A proactive, commercially minded approach and the confidence to create opportunities from scratch.
Ambition to develop, take on responsibility, and build a long-term career in sales.
The drive to turn targets into results and results into progression.
