Get hands-on with the technology behind live gaming studios
Exposure to hardware, PCs, AV equipment and specialist gaming platforms
Join a growing technical team with opportunities to progress

Join an established organisation in the gaming industry as it expands its studio operations and introduces new technology across multiple locations. With several major studio projects underway, you’ll be part of the team helping prepare new environments and ensuring the technology is ready for live operations.

You’ll join a growing technical team responsible for supporting a large-scale studio environment with hundreds of gaming tables and multiple technology platforms. The role offers practical exposure to studio installations, hardware setup and technical troubleshooting, with opportunities to develop your skills alongside experienced technicians and progress towards senior technical positions.

This position is ideal for someone with a basic IT background who enjoys hands-on technical tasks and learning by doing. You don’t need a degree or advanced networking knowledge; a practical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn are what matter most. You must be based in Malta, comfortable with shift rotations and able to communicate confidently in English.

You will:

Install, connect and prepare PCs, printers, AV equipment and other studio technology.
Assist with setting up and configuring devices for specific studio requirements.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
Support studio installations, technology changes and day-to-day first-line technical operations.

Skills / Experience:

Basic IT knowledge, with some practical experience in IT support, hardware or technical installations being an advantage.
A hands-on approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to follow technical procedures and learn new platforms.
Good English communication skills, availability for shifts, and a valid driving licence.

Salary: €20,000 plus a monthly performance bonus and shift allowance
