You will:

Provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Support across Windows, hardware, software and Microsoft environments.
Troubleshoot user, desktop and infrastructure issues while delivering excellent customer support.
Work alongside experienced engineers while developing your Infrastructure skills.

Skills / Experience:

1+ years' commercial experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support.
Experience supporting Windows environments with exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Exchange, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Group Policies and user administration.
Customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for learning and growing in IT.

Salary & Benefits:€25,000 – €30,000 + Annual Bonus + Paid On-Call Allowance + Company Vehicle During Office Hours.Occasional work-from-home flexibility.
