Archer is a recruitment consultancy with Irish roots, expanded to Malta in 2013 and now proudly growing our brand-new Porto office. We’re looking for an ambitious professional who wants a real career leap. No recruitment experience needed - we provide full training and certify you as a Recruitment Consultant. What matters is your drive. You’ll work directly with our Malta teams, helping scale high-performing recruitment divisions from our Porto office.

Disclaimer: Base salary is above market (early 20s), and commissions are earned on every successful placement - the earning potential is strong but hard work is required.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a track record of success (any industry: travel, retail, hospitality, etc.)
