Earning Expectations (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Year 1 On-Target Earnings: €36,000+
Year 2 On-Target Earnings: €51,000+

Who We Are Looking For

You don’t need a background in HR or recruitment. We want individuals with a passion for driving results:

Sales or Customer-Facing Background: Experience in B2C or B2B sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or telesales.
Goal-Driven Mindset: Someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in achieving targets.
Strong Communicators: Excellent English language skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but strong life experience and drive matter most!
