The Role

This is an end-to-end Business Development position within IT recruitment, where you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, connecting with decision-makers at top international companies and turning conversations into real business opportunities. You’ll pitch Archer’s recruitment solutions, attend face-to-face meetings, negotiate with senior stakeholders and build relationships that turn into long-term, growing client accounts.

Compensation

We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.

Average performers earn around €35k in their first year (base + commission)
By year two, earnings typically rise to €50k (our top performersand senior consultants are making €70k+ annually)

Requirements

You have 1 – 5 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, Field Sales, Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, Outbound Sales Rep or similar).
Language: Fluency in English (the primary business language in Malta).
Location: Readiness to relocate to Malta (fully on-site in Ta' Xbiex).
Drive: High financial ambition and the mental resilience to handle daily rejection.
