What About the Salary?

We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.

Average performers earn around €36k in their first year (base + commission)
By year two, earnings typically rise to €52k
Senior Consultants and top performers are achieving €80k+ annually on their 2nd year

Who Are You?

You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
You’re ready to relocate to Malta and start an exciting international career.
You’re motivated by clear targets and enjoy the satisfaction of hitting - and exceeding - your goals.
You love interacting with people and building relationships over the phone.
You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship, ready to embrace this new adventure.
