VBET is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to manage vacancies across our international regions, including the EU, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia.

📝 The Role Framework:

Portfolio: Non-Technical (80%) and Technical (20%) vacancies across Marketing, Customer Support, Risks, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other departments
Geographic Mix: High focus on international recruitment (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO, BR, UA) with periodic involvement in local hiring
Work Type: This is an remote position.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery
Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking, specifically within the international market.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives

✅ Candidate Profile:

4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in English and Russian
Experience in executive search

Experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry is a significant plus
