An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for the post of Sales Quotations Clerk on a full-time basis with Express Group, Malta’s leading transport and total logistics operator and the authorised distributor for Hammer Maskin, and Clark Fork Lifters.

The chosen candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, preparing accurate and timely quotations that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail.

The selected candidate must

Have an O' level standard of education.
While 2 years of clerical or administrative experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Have strong proficiency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.
Have a proactive, customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Have outstanding telephone handling capabilities.
Have strong time management, organisational, and planning abilities.
Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Have resilience under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Have a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
