Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their office operations. This is a varied and hands-on position offering exposure across administration, payroll support, accounts administration, office coordination, and general business support functions.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact within the business, managing front-of-house responsibilities, coordinating visitors and office administration, supporting payroll preparation through accurate recording and verification of employee attendance and overtime, and ensuring office supplies and operational requirements are efficiently maintained. The role also involves handling document management, coordinating outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries, assisting with company events, supporting invoicing processes, processing accounting entries, preparing payments, maintaining financial records, and carrying out reconciliations and other administrative tasks as required. In addition, the Office Administrator will work closely with various departments to provide ongoing administrative support and ensure efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office administration, business support, or similar role, together with excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required. A professional, dependable, and approachable attitude, coupled with a willingness to support a wide range of functions across the organisation, will be key to success in this role.
