About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant on Behalf of a client to take ownership of the finance function for a Curaçao-licensed B2C online casino operation.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong experience in PSP reconciliations, settlement management, and iGaming finance who wants exposure to the full finance cycle within a growing business. In addition to financial reporting and operational finance, you will play a key role in driving the automation of PSP reconciliations through AI and technology initiatives in collaboration with technical teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities

PSP Reconciliations, Settlements & Automation (Core Focus)

Manage end-to-end PSP reconciliations across multiple payment providers and merchants.
Reconcile settlements, fees, chargebacks, reserves, deposits, and withdrawals.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and settlement issues.
Monitor and report on PSP balances and payment flows.
Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to automate reconciliation processes and implement AI-driven solutions.
Act as the finance lead for reconciliation process improvements and automation projects.

Financial Reporting & Finance Operations

Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.
Assist with statutory financial statements and audits.
Manage provider invoice reconciliations and revenue-share calculations.
Oversee accounts payable and supplier reconciliations.
Review payroll and staff cost reporting.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

Essential

ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
Experience within B2C iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, payments, or fintech.
Strong hands-on PSP reconciliation and settlement management experience.
Experience preparing monthly management accounts.
Excellent Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Desirable

Experience in a Curaçao-licensed or regulated gaming environment.
Experience with multi-currency and high-volume transaction reconciliations.
Exposure to automation, BI tools, or AI-driven finance processes.
