Storekeeper

We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities: Carefully handle the preparation of parts requested for the daily tasks and projects Deal with Technicians/Installers and assist them in a professional manner Ensure safe handling of all goods in line with departmental procedures and company quality standards Handle stock and report any damages Maintain the Warehouses including the Mobile Inventory and ensure safe stock storage in an orderly and accessible manner Monitor stock quantity levels for inventory replenishment Ensure that all the inventory required is in line with the job card details Update the inventory system when goods are issued/returned Company equipment and tool management Carry out periodic stock checks as required Conduct any other Warehouse duties as may be required from time to time Ensure professional representation of the company at all times Follow health and safety procedures Qualities: Precision and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and flexible Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A high level of confidence in his/ her ability to perform tasks Positive attitude Ability to work without any supervision and under pressure Committed to meet deadlines Responsible and well organised Ability to work on his/her own initiative Requirement: Excellent written and oral proficiency in English Physical aptitude for manual handling of heavy objects Possess a valid and clean driving license ( license C drivers would be an asset) Hold a clean police conduct Candidates having experience In Warehouse Inventory Management, ELV Systems and fire safety will be considered as an asset and will be given priority
