Own the experimentation framework across departments, setting the standard for how tests are designed, run, and read out.

Build models and deploy them to production, from LTV, churn, and player value to bonusing and segmentation.

Measure the impact through A/B testing and rigorous analysis, so decisions are backed by evidence.

Work closely with teams across the business, including data engineers, CRM, product, and commercial, to understand their needs and deliver solutions that fit.

Maintain and improve models in production, keeping them healthy, accurate, and trusted over time.

Bring creative thinking to open-ended problems, and proactively spot opportunities where data science can add value.
