We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in maintenance, general repairs, or handyman work

Is proactive, dependable, and able to work independently

Can troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Has good knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across office spaces, lounge areas, and event facilities

Ensure all equipment, furniture, and fixtures are safe, functional, and well-maintained

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and members

Monitor and maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting)

Assist with setup, installation, or breakdown for events and meetings

Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition

Identify and report larger repair or replacement needs to management

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all maintenance tasks
