Receive and inspect goods, verify deliveries, organise and label stock, maintain inventory records, pick and issue orders, monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, request replenishment, and ensure safe, clean and secure storage areas.

• Receiving and Inspecting: Receive incoming goods, check delivery notes and invoices, inspect for damage or defects, and flag discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization: Label products with codes, dates, and prices; arrange items logically; and apply inventory methods like FIFO (First In, First Out) to manage stock rotation.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels using digital systems, ERP software, or physical registers.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and issue materials or merchandise to internal departments or customers.
• Reordering and Audits: Monitor stock thresholds, submit purchase requisitions to avoid stockouts, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Safety and Security: Keep the storage area clean, hazard-free, and secure from unauthorized access.
