Supply Planner responsible for Malta, Egypt and Mexico, driving supply, capacity and inventory planning while leveraging data analytics to improve visibility, decision-making and supply chain performance across sites.

Own the MPS, RCCP, and Supply Planning processes: hands-off to local production schedulers
Identify capacity constraints and work with partners to develop costed contingency plans to maintain service levels for business scenarios
Optimize inventory strategies to balance customer service requirements and working capital targets
Key Support to the S&OP Supply Review
Develop and implement global supply planning strategies to support production schedules and business goals.
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials worldwide.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet production needs without overstocking.
Analyze demand forecasts and adjust supply constraint planning to align with changing customer requirements.
Analyze production capacity planning and manage key supply constraints to align with changing volume/mix requirements.
Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to address potential disruptions.
Working with Project/Launch/Change Management and Procurement to set and optimize Plan For Every Part (PFEP) MRP Parameters for new product introductions, model changes and product transfers
Collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, Logistics & Customer Service teams to minimize production costs and inventory holding costs, whilst delivering exceptional customer delivery performance
Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
Provide regular reports and insights on inventory levels, delivery performance, and planning efficiency to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
