An opportunity to join our team, supporting the organisation’s day-to-day finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and assist with the preparation of payments.
Process debtor receipts.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Provide support with day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining accurate financial records and filing.
Assist with month-end activities such as payroll processing and periodic reports for VAT and other similar returns.
Assist in gathering documentation required for external audits.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with accounting software would be considered an asset.
Fluency in either Maltese or English.
