Role Description The Front Desk & Education Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint Julian’s, Malta. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors and learners, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls and email inquiries, and providing accurate information about EU Global’s programs and services. The representative will guide prospective learners through the admissions and enrolment process, conduct campus tours, and support education sales activities by following up on leads, organising consultations, and maintaining records in the CRM or student information systems. The role also involves scheduling appointments, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, preparing basic reports, and supporting events, open days, and outreach activities. Consistent, professional, and learner-centered service is essential to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and prospective learners.

Qualifications

Must have minimum Bachelors degree, Masters is preferred.
Must have MS Excel knowledge and management of data using MS Excel.
Must be willing to work and learn e-learning Learning Management System.
Must be excellent in paperwork, designing processes and documentation work.
Must be effective in stargazing effective communication with current and future students and stakeholders.
Must be adept in webinar scheduling using Teams, etc.
Front desk and customer service skills, including reception management, visitor handling, and professional telephone and email communication.
Sales and outreach abilities, such as lead follow-up, basic consultative selling, and relationship-building with prospective learners and partners.
Administrative and organisational skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, and use of CRM or student information systems.
Must work on-site in Saint Julian’s, Malta, with a professional appearance, reliability, and a strong commitment to supporting diverse learners.
